Application Form
The completed application form for the university or program you are applying to.
Academic Transcripts
Official transcripts from your current and/or previous educational institutions, detailing your grades and courses.
Graduation Certificate
Copies of your degree certificates, if applicable.
Letters of Recommendation
Usually 2-3 letters from professors or employers who can attest to your qualifications and character.
Statement of Purpose (SOP) or Personal Statement
An essay outlining your motivations for studying abroad, your academic and career goals, and why you chose that particular university or program.
Curriculum Vitae (CV)
A document detailing your educational background, work​ experience, skills, and achievements.
Standardized Test Scores
Scores from exams such as the TOEFL, IELTS (for English proficiency), GRE, GMAT, SAT, or ACT, if required by the institution.
Passport Copy
A copy of your valid passport.
Financial Documents
Proof of financial support, such as bank statements, scholarship letters, or sponsor letters, demonstrating that you have the funds to cover tuition and living expenses.
Medical Certificate
A health certificate or proof of medical insurance, depending on the country and institution requirements.
Portfolio
For certain programs like art, design, or architecture, a portfolio of your work might be required.
